Cat dureaza livrarea?

Termenul de livrare apare pentru fiecare produs in parte, sub butonul "Adauga in Cos".

Dureaza de obicei 1-2 zile lucratoare de cand este preluat coletul de curier pentru a fi livrat sau depus la Easybox.

Livrarea internationala poate dura 3-12 zile lucratoare, informatia este afisata in cosul de cumparaturi.

Timpul de livrare se adauga timpului necesar pentru expediere - daca alegi un produs lucrat la comanda, timpul de livrare curge de cand produsul este gata si predat curierului.

Cat costa livrarea?

Livrarea prin curier sau la Easybox costa 15 Lei.

Costul livrarii internationale poate fi consultat in cosul de cumparaturi.

The size of the Bocane leather belt is measured along the entire length of the belt, without the buckle.

To find out what the right size is, measure your waist circumference (or hip circumference, depending on the area where you will wear the pants belt), then choose the right size for you from the table below. Ideally, your waist size should be as close to the middle of the waist size range as possible.

For example, for a waist measurement of 81 cm, choose the size 100 cm for the belt rather than 95 cm, so that you can close the belt at the middle hole of your Bocane belt.

Each Bocane leather belt has 5 holes, from 13 cm to 23 cm away from the top of the belt.

HOW TO SHORT A BOAT LEATHER STRAP

Is the Boots leather strap long for you?

No problem! You can easily shorten it at home, without needing special tools for leather goods, but just a touch of skill and the desire to make your Bocane belt fit you perfectly.

Before starting, measure carefully and find out the final size you want your belt to reach. It's very important to be sure, so better measure twice :)

You need a straight screwdriver, scissors or a cutter, leather pliers or a nail and a hammer.

Follow the 3 steps to adjust your favorite leather belt to the desired length:

Do not forget:

• At Bocane we offer you the service of shortening the belt before shipping for free. All you have to do is mention in your order what length you want your belt to be (smaller than the ordered size).
• You can ask for your belt to be shortened even after you receive it. The service costs 39.99 Lei and includes the transport from your home to the Bocane workshop and back (valid in the Fan Courier coverage area).
• A shortened belt cannot be returned.

Produsele comandate pot fi returnate in 14 de zile de la primirea coletului prin curier. Contacteaza-ne la 0341405236 (L-V 9-12/13-17) sau la office@bocane.ro pentru a cere schimbul sau returul.

Exceptie fac produsele lucrate la comanda/precomanda, modificate sau personalizate la cererea clientului. Acestea nu pot fi returnate.

Schimb produse

Schimb clasic (cost 15 Lei, durata 4-6 zile lucratoare) - trimitem curierul sa ridice produsul retur. Trimitem produsul de schimb prin curier in urmatoarea zi lucratoare dupa receptionarea produsului returnat. Vei plati 15 Lei catre curier la primirea produsului de schimb.

Schimb rapid (cost 29 Lei, durata 1-3 zile lucratoare) - trimitem prin curier direct produsul de schimb. Curierul iti va preda produsul de schimb si va ridica produsul retur in aceeasi vizita. Vei plati 29 Lei catre curier la primirea produsului de schimb.

* Schimbul rapid este disponibil pentru produse cu valoare mai mica de 500 Lei.

Retur produse

Daca ai platit cu cardul online, iti vom restitui suma achitata direct pe card. Daca ai optat pentru o alta metoda de plata te vom ruga sa ne trimiti IBAN-ul contului in care iti putem restitui suma achitata.

Poti cere restituirea sumei achitate in primele 14 zile dupa primirea comenzii.

Costul transportului de retur este 15 Lei, suma care se scade din valoarea care va fi restituita.
