  You write to us — and the conversation begins

  You can reach us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or email — wherever you are. There is no complicated form, no rigid procedure. You tell us what you have in mind, and we reply like real people, not an automated system.
  
  We send you photos and videos of the available colours, explain your options, and help you shape the bag you have always dreamed of. This stage takes as long as you need.

  You receive your order sheet — for approval

  Once you have chosen everything you want, we issue a deposit invoice for a minimum of 50%. After payment, we send you a complete sheet with all your chosen options — so you can review, confirm, and be sure that everything is exactly as you imagined. No surprises at the end.

  The artisan takes it from here

  You have nothing left to worry about. We take care of every detail from this point. We prepare everything: we verify the leather order at the tannery, make sure we identify the right thread shade, carefully blend the edge-finishing tones to match the chosen leather, and check all the correct hardware. From this moment, your bag waits patiently to enter the workshop. A single artisan will work on it from the very first cut to the very last finish — dozens of craft steps, all attention focused on one single piece: yours.
  
  The process takes approximately 6 weeks. Not because we are slow — but because we give every moment needed to bring your beautiful dream to life.

  We let you know your bag is ready

  When your bag is complete, we get in touch. We confirm your delivery address together and you choose your preferred payment method for the remaining 50%. Then the bag sets off toward you — packaged with the same care that went into making it.
